Not a great safety culture

Pros

Family atmosphere, friendly, as long as you are compliant. Don't rock the boat.

Cons

The chief pilot would consistently be drinking alcohol IN UNIFORM on the way to the hotel after flying. Not a safety hazard, but do you really want your company represented that way? Yet the company seemed to look the other way when it was brought up to them.
