      Pros

      I have found that this company is great to work for. Great benefits (HMO completely paid for). The management is reasonable and tries to help you when needed. They strive to keep their employees and patients happy. Organized events, a monthly paid lunch, and an organized employee recognition program plus incentives. They offer to pay a portion of your schooling if it will benefit the company.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful, just as any other medical facility. Some locations are A LOT nicer than others. Some employees are too quick to point fingers. It can get pretty nasty.

      Pros

      HMO is paid for by the Company.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, poor communication between managers and employees, Human Resource Director is not for the employee rights, but for the Company's rights. Corruption at all levels. What drives this company is the bottom line (money), all else falls short. Micro-Management to unimportant matters that has nothing to do with employee production nor performance. The doctors have their heads in the sand. A great fall for a company that used to be 'great'.

      Pros

      The medical benefits were 100% paid by the company. This is no longer true. This use to be a wonderful place to work until about 3-4 years ago, now it feels like your in prison. This is a great place to work if you want to be micro managed by someone who doesn't even know how to do your job.

      Cons

      The Managers and Supervisors are clueless about what needs to be done. Their is lack of communication and no employee support from the Human Resource department if you happen to have an issue with someone in the upper admin department. They hire "Efficiency experts" to fire employees. The Doctor's need to wake up and do something about what's going on there.
