Pros
Non - Sells Job, New leads coming weekly, able to grow to some degree. A good place to start if you want to grow in the residential construction industry.
Cons
Management Picks Favorites (you may have to attract new business (yourself) to stay profitable in a commission base job) hard to learn from management - Indecisive decision making, Not organized Lack of resources. Commission base pay No benefits offer No reimbursement for gas/use of personal vehicle

The biggest pro is a flexible and pretty set schedule.
Cons
Expect to be under payed, under resourced, over burdened, and under appreciated. The vast majority of the work is monotonous and company culture is very stressed.
