Pros
Relaxed environment, pool table in canteen, hands on opportunities, seeking to be innovative, can approach senior management, flexible hours for some departments, can leave early if hours have been worked up, working with new technology
Cons
Don’t learn from mistakes or do constructive cross departmental project reviews, 10 year old PCs/refurbished laptops stifles innovation/speed/efficiency. Mentality of signing for everything (even paperclips/postits), Communication between departments is poor.

We are over worked and under payed All of the experienced staff have left Never ending deadlines, extremely high stress levels
