Pros
The only good thing is freshers can learn new things. Otherwise it will be the worst company to work with.
Cons
There are many cons. This page may not be enough to explain all. The top level management doesn't know how to expand the business. They doesn't know what is going on in bottom level. They doesn't care about employees. Mid level managers doesn't even know how to manage efficiently. People don't leave bad jobs, they leave because of bar bosses and poor management who don't appreciate their value. Particularly one General manager is there. He treats employees very badly and is a cheapskate. Many employees left the job because of his behaviour and still it is continuing. Due to my luck I have left from this company before covid and I got a new job. During lockdown, many employees were kept in forced leave without pay. That cheapskate manager has played games to fire employees indirectly. I am posting this review almost after 1.5 years of leaving this company because many of my friends have left the company recently and they have told many negative opinion about some managers and they regret for joining here. I don't want anybody to suffer like this. Join this company only as a fresher to get a start. If you have more than 2 years experience, don't join this company and waste your time and efforts.
