      - The team climate is genuinely amazing – supportive, upbeat, and hard to find elsewhere. - Cross-functional teams value design input. - Clear product vision and user-centred roadmap. - Healthy work–life balance with flexible hours and remote options. - Generous learning budget and strong mentorship culture. - Supportive leadership that celebrates team wins publicly.

      Cons

      - Rapid growth can outpace existing processes at times. - On-site parking is limited at the new offices, so many employees rely on street parking.

      - They mean "latest & greatest" in terms of technology - Really pioneering the AI/ML field with custom systems - There's alot of experience from leadership running big clients ( European & Arabic projects

      Cons

      - Office was ok 3 years ago, but now they need more space to accomodate more people - Remote working 1-2 days per month is not enough, maybe add more days - Some people are not happy because of the switch to bigger enterprise clients, especially Graphic Designers.
