Pros
If you need retail experience on your resume you can get it here the hard way
Cons
Bad experience. The owner is shady and promotes cattiness among employees. For example, she openly talks negatively about employees in front of their coworkers and then will turn around and do the same thing to them, and then everyone just ends up talking negatively about each other as a result. The employee discount is Negligible. actually they will just forget to pay you sometimes and pretend it was a mistake. If you are an intern or employee you’ll get blamed for stealing as if there aren’t people coming off the street already stealing from them constantly. There’s no alarms and security tags don’t even work like the other review said. Customers are hostile and nasty and the pay isn’t worth making yourself miserable dealing with them. I kind of don’t blame them for being nasty since this place is constantly losing people’s stuff and not paying them what they’re owed when they sell something. Also they dont know how to authenticate and if it wasn’t for entropy they’d just be selling fakes. People are hired with basically no training and barely given any because the owner just doesn’t care but still micromanages everyone and is passive aggressive. If you work for e-commerce you might have a better experience. they are organized but also really demanding and more than half the time you’ll be copying old TikTok trends. They openly talk about how they only want pretty rich girls to intern so they will look better on social media and not ask to be paid/will shop there while they are working. Work here at your own risk. Oh yeah and the store is actually dirty especially in the office there are roaches
