Pros

- Insurance and dental benefits are decent - 20 days of Annual leaves (way more than most companies) + 2 days Duvet leave + many more leave types you can apply if applicable to your situation - Hybrid working arrangement depending on team - Part of TBWA\'s sister company - Pretty near the MRT (mostly sheltered)

Cons

Doesn't matter which department you're from, you will be overworked because the management is stuck in their old ways and thinking. As long as the same management is there, nothing will ever change because they 'protect' one another. - Upper management is obsessed with numbers (looking for quick profit by doing budget cuts and shrinking the team), hungry for awards and hungry to win new accounts/pitches (refuses to hire on the basis that the lean working team can do it but the working team is overworked with at least 4-5 accounts) - Need to be on the good side of upper management in order to have career progression (one wrong move and you're done) - Micromanaging and microaggression (management don't trust the team, and will indirectly snub the team for doing work that's not up to standard. Yet when you ask management for feedback on how to improve, they can't give you an answer.) - Upper management will talk behind your back and love playing favourites - Upper management will ask what kind of help you need for the sake of asking only, little to no support provided and they wonder why their employees are overworked

Pros

Good employee welfare and facilities. The peers are very friendly and great.

Cons

With expectations that high, it is unfair to the creatives that they are provided no guidance / direction on how to achieve it. All the while within a very tight timeline, which boils down to the creatives going around in circles of rejected directions / ideas until the very last minute. This kind of workflow is normalised here.

Pros

- Team is great. Mostly friendly and easy to work with. - Great benefits

Cons

- Lack of resources - Lack of support - Lack of recognition/appreciation - Career progression almost little to none due to high expectations (especially for creatives) - Seniors are held to an exceptionally high standard, even if it's not explicitly in their scope - Tight timelines, overwhelming workload - Time is not protected, despite this issue being raised countless times - In the event that you are unable to claim OIL, you're still at a loss as you can't be compensated for it anyway - Management plays favourites and mind games
