      Pros

      Family atmosphere, good pay, growing company, opportunity to move up, less corporate environment, a lot of people from different backgrounds and walks of life.

      Cons

      incomplete training, busy days can be very stressful since the company keeps growing, a lot of pressure to be good at your job, benefits are not as good as bigger companies.
