      Pros

      Free tea & coffee also free parking on site. Direct manager lovely.

      Cons

      Bullying mentality by some staff members which management ignore. Clicky culture, hard work isn't rewarded, upper management don't care about the staff and just want to save money by making cuts. Certain members of staff being paid alot and doing very little.

      Pros

      Being ill shortly after starting with Develop the Family Culture soon became apparent. The Develop family was supportive and provided positive help to get me back to full speed.

      Cons

      The only down side of working for Develop is the need for more trainers so we are looking for experienced engineers to join the team.

      Excellent communication from top down Fully focused on staff happiness and development Company is steadily growing Part of a larger group which gives us stability for the long term Annual staff conference

      Recruitment of new staff Some roles require a lot of staying away in hotels (although not as bad as it used to be)
