It is very clear who the favourites are. Workload is way too high for paralegals, lots of colleagues working until late at night just to keep on top of work. Not much support given when overworked.

They will not progress you despite knowing your skills and the fact that your familiar with the firms processes and cultures makes zero difference to them.
