The best reason to work in this company is management are very good. Senior colleagues are very helpful, they are always ready to help you. If you ask them anything regarding your work they are always there to help you out. They give you the freedom to do your own work your own way if you follow company rules and regulations. The best part is this is a growing company so you can grow with this company.
Cons
Not a big brand to reakon with so you have to work hard to Achieve the goal you want and another thing is management is not flexible enough regarding their terms and conditions.
