Pros

Opportunity to travel and if you're an expat you get to work abroad on an expat package and explore the Caribbean

Cons

If there is a worse place to work I will be surprised The company is run on fear - where the company is failing but senior leadership are too busy answering to Dublin that all the effort is in the wrong place and making the company fail further Monthly board meetings have the senior leadership terrified and they'll return from board relieved that they have "survived another 30 days" and this survival mentality means all are so busy clinging on that no one trusts anyone. Communication is non existent as is respect or truth .. We kept hearing that the objective from board is to build local successors to the senior roles yet after 14 years the examples of this are pitiful in terms of numbers and why would anyone aspire to this level Long hours, stress and lack of purpose makes it a dangerous working environment (work till 4am a few nights and then drive home as a regular feature is a clear picture that something has gone seriously wrong Month on month markets present their numbers and for the most they are behind target as the board won't see that customers habits have changed ... Instead they increase the targets Every action is a tick the box action to pacify board to survive Ethically you feel compromised daily Everyone at group is miserable ... The skills you were hired for are it used. I had more responsibility 15years ago and instead the role is just about emailing the markets demanding data every day. No role models at the senior leadership level ... Maybe they're good but the culture will never allow them to show it.
