      Pros

      I genuinely feel supported, trusted, and given the space to do my best work. My skills are recognized and valued, which means a lot it's the kind of collaborative environment where you feel seen, not just as an employee, but as a contributor.

      Cons

      If I truly had to identify an area for improvement, it would be the occasional sense of isolation that can come with remote work though this is more a reflection of the nature of working from home than anything specific to the role or team.

      Pros

      Working at Digipal was a rather pleasant experience. Support from management was consistently excellent, salary was competitive, and in my case the client as well as the project itself was fun to work with. Flexible schedule, full freedom to work remotely, and there is almost no bureaucracy hell.

      Cons

      Vacations/sick days are unpaid, which is expected with B2B contracts. The fun/interesting aspect of the project itself is also a coin flip. All in all, a couple of things to keep in mind, but no major cons that are dependent on Digipal itself.
