Nice variety in the types of projects I was able to work on - introduced new problems and was able to explore solutions to help expand my skillset. I never felt micromanaged at any point either. My opinions always felt heard and valued. Favorite part was the people though. Some really smart and talented individuals there I enjoyed getting to know and learn from - I’ll miss them the most!
Cons
Not much of note. Structural changes and turnover at times could be difficult to navigate occasionally - but I in reality this is something you deal with anywhere.
Good work life balance, fun people, parking lot attached.
Cons
Management is horrible, bad communication, can be micromanaging. They are very sketchy and pick favorites. They don’t do a good job teaching what you’re doing. You just kind of have to guess.
