Pros

As an SEO specialist for three years, I appreciate the constant opportunities for learning, with access to senior team members and training resources. The variety of clients kept the work exciting and allowed me to grow my skill set. While management fosters a positive office culture, where support and collaboration are prioritised.

Cons

There really aren’t any major downsides. While the fast-paced nature of the work can be demanding at times, I felt it built a level of resilience to push forward. As the company continues to grow, there are occasional adjustments to processes, but these are expected in any evolving business.

Pros

I had a great time over here working and growing as a SEO specialist. Everyone was very supportive with different quirks and personalities, yet will complement very well as a team when its time to collaborate. Couldn't think of any place with great culture as Digital Next!

Cons

The agency is in an expansion phase so workloads can get hectic, but thats part of agency life. Other than that, its a great place to work at!

Digital Next is an incredible place to grow professionally. Everyone on the team is friendly and supportive, making for a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. Chandan and Mamta, in particular, taught me a lot, and their guidance has been invaluable, especially for a recent graduate like me. The experience and learning opportunities here are truly enriching.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any major downsides. The work environment and processes are all excellent.
