Pros
Both boss were nice but they gave the manager way too much power.
Cons
The manager in the company did not know how to manage a company or the employees. She did not know how to look for improvements. Expected me to do tasks which could have been done more efficiently. The company lied to customers about delivery dates and all and of course it pissed them off. The manager had the audacity to scream at me. I just left the company.

bad general manager management. Do not know anything about production but judge it harshly. Micro monitoring to everyone.
