Seems to be a very interesting and valuable product, if they could ever getting it working.

Cons

Absolutely inept executive management. No sense of what is needed to grow the business, and zero empathy for customer experience. Several months, not one lead. No diversity at all. This is a 100% Indian company that happens to have it's HQ in the Silicon Valley and desperately wants to be a mainstream software company.

You will have exposure to all new and upcoming technology Compensation and Benefits will be very good. Financially you will be recognised well if you perform well Policies framed by top level management will be very good

Cons

No Proper Workload Management Work wil be done by someone and credit goes to other No proper KT will be given to freshers Who works hard and smart will be loaded with enormous amount of work. You will become jack of all but master of none Only years of experience is given importance than skillset you hold.
