      Daily Late Sittings Extreme Disrespectful Behaviour by CEO Toxic Environment Extreme Work Pressure by Non Technical CEO and Management Misbehave by management on taking Leave (on Genuine reason also) Too much politics by CEO himself No Job security at all Don't pay commissions to Sales Team

      Cons

      Manager and CEO demand late sitting everyday. If anyone levaes office on time even one day, he will have to face rude attitude and misbehavior from CEO. No job security, employees are fired without any notice and without any reason. Too much pressurized and toxic environment. Extreme level politics by CEO. No increments and no good salary at all

      Too much Toxcity by Management of this Company. Too much Micromanagement, even if you go to another employee just for 5 minutes of leisure, it gets notices. Late sitting and very very bad behaviour by management including CEO. Non Technical Staff
