      Leadership and support may not align with a person looking to grow and just run a great business

      Nice CRM and Encompass is built out.

      Cons

      Only the top 5 producers of the company get support. Underwriter manager very unfriendly , condo desk has a lot of issues with basic requirements, lot of underwriter turn over, very little diversity, no real 203k team. Post closing has no idea how cure a problem on the back end. no health insurance or 401k plan. Just a lot of rah,rah talk from leadership. Old laptops. No follow up on concerns or issues. Nepotism among leadership and decisions.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company wants you to succeed and be your best self. There is always help and support no matter where you may need it. The training and onboarding was great and the culture as a whole of DML is unmatched. Best company in the world.

      None. For the first time in my professional career, I can say there are no cons to this place!
