      Remote. Co-workers were supportive. Decent time-off allowance.

      Poor ownership - re-write the script every 3 years, and poor executive leadership and experience in the wire and cable industry.

      Pros

      I've been with Direct Wire for a few months now and I really enjoy it. The company culture is positive, and the people are great. HR was really helpful with getting me started and IT was thorough with my training. I work with a diverse team and I am learning a lot in my new role. I would recommend Direct Wire to anyone.

      Cons

      Since I just started, I don't have many cons. If I had a suggestion, it would be more employee interaction between locations.
