      Pros

      Being a startup firm, those with prior experience have hopes to start on a clean slate and have more say in how things should be done.

      Cons

      Department head refuted a new joiner’s suggestion on how claims should be handled in a certain situation. The incident then escalated to something more complex which required more man hours and effort to rectify, in that manner initially suggested by the new joiner, which they agreed among themselves subsequently.
