Pros

- Hours were consistent, at first - Main boss was by the books - They educate you on label packing, checking, and how the whole system works - Management was flexible with my schedule (coming in an hour early to leave an hour early for this and that, etc.) - Break whenever you need it (no sounding whistle for everyone's break, etc.)

Cons

- Constant pressure to reach quota - Mandatory work every other Saturday

Pros

Great people here where you can feel a sense of belonging.

Cons

Disconnect between management and employees. About the worst health insurance of any company.

Pros

Nonexistent dress code. Occasionally give out gift cards. Some of the supervisors/leads are nice.

Cons

Raises don't match the responsibility you take on. No advancement opportunities. Getting transfers to other departments is almost non existent. Older employees are allowed to sit around in supervisor's offices while others work. "Rules" contradict other "rules" so no one is held accountable for their actions. Bathrooms and breakrooms are disgusting. (Management frequently has to send out emails about how feminine hygiene products should be disposed of.) If you just want a job where no one gives a crap unless they are gossiping or brown nosing this is the place for you.

Pros

Starting pay is competitive, but raises are few and far between. Vacation time is good.

Cons

Work environment is toxic. Employees regularly complain to the point it has become part of the culture. Upper management is disorganized and mostly uninterested in employee needs when stacked against requirements from investors and production. Long-term employees are rarely rewarded or incentivized to stay. Benefits are bad with no 401k match and expensive health insurance that requires high deductibles.
