The owners have zero loyalty. You'll work you tail off and never be told you did a good job. Both of these guys have a reputation as being "too cool"; I hear it from almost all clients once I tell them I'm no longer with Displayit. Do yourself a favor and work elsewhere!

In my experience the upper management has a "take and toss" perspective when it comes to employees. At first glance everything was great until I was told by my manager "All PM's are replaceable and we are lucky if they get 2 years out of them." During my time, paid leave was not accumulated until one year after working there. Even if I had PTO it was very frowned upon to use it. The Project Life cycle looks great from afar and in theory it should work amazing, but once I started taking on more and more projects I could tell it was very broken.
