Working as a virtual admin assistant at Disruptors has been a really positive experience for me over the past 4 years. The company culture feels warm and welcoming, which is impressive, especially since we’re all remote. I truly appreciate the flexibility they offer when it comes to work-life balance; I can adjust my hours when needed to handle personal stuff without any stress. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about our input, regularly sharing company goals and encouraging us to voice our thoughts. There are great opportunities for growth here, with plenty of training programs that have helped me sharpen my skills and learn new ones. Even though we work from different places, collaboration is fantastic. My teammates are always ready to help, and we use various tools to stay connected and support each other.
