Fantastic group of like minded people. Good accommodation to remote working.

None come to mind, the pipeline regarding remote work leads to a happy work environment.

Not pressured into overtime Easy (not really a pro but I had to enter more words)
Cons
No motivation from team members No communication from upper management No passion for creating good products No constructive feedback Everything was rushed Nothing was ever evaluated so nothing was ever learnt Poor working conditions (no real kitchen, unpredictable temperatures, even hot water was hit and miss)
