- Changing the management, there is no stability. - No Clear Policies, Each New manager comes with new mindset. - A lot of suspicious terminations, without HR involvement or proper investigations. - 10 Hours Work Daily

Poor management. Most of my colleagues left because of their managers. No recognition for contribution and the managers claim their staffs achievement. crab mentality and too much politics
