Pros
The company has a family-operated feel. Many positions are filled from within the company. Being a natural gas piping company, there is a huge market for work with very little competition.
Cons
A sever lack of communication within the company creates serious problems in revenue. While the company promotes from within, many people in a managerial position are not equipped for a supervisory role.

Good training, people seem to get along, good insurance package
Cons
No incentives or motivation for employees to grow as a person or as an employee. No raise or review program in place, need more vacation and employee time off for sickness, communication lacks
