      Pros

      Finding DistroKid was like finding home. It's a place where you're free to be yourself, are able to make an impact and you work with super smart and amazing humans! There's never a day where I hate my job and I've been here for a while. I've never felt so seen and heard and it's paradise in terms of working. I am so grateful each and every day for DistroKid. Our schedules are flexible, people are understanding and always willing to support, collaborate and listen.

      Not seeing my coworkers in real life as much as I'd like to, but when we get together, it's a blast!

      - Super fun and respectful culture - Flexible working hours (super great as a parent) - Great pay - Fully remote working is awesome - Amazing parental leave - Easily the best benefits I’ve had at a job

      Cons

      Very little negative to say; wish there were maybe more opportunities for growth, but it’s small/medium sized company so there’s only so much room.
