      Pros

      The Medical benefits were decent, I was mostly not micromanaged.

      Cons

      The refuse to invest in technology, they yell at you, they are dishonest with their installers/customers/employees, I have heard discriminatory remarks out of managements mouth, management will bully you, pay was below average for the city.

      This company has no idea what it’s doing. The employees are treated like numbers because it’s owned by a hedge fund. Lots of favoritism. At one point the last VP was sleeping with the designer though her husband worked there too. Lots of drama surrounding that. Toxic environment overall.
