Pros

Peers are good, job is easy to learn.

Cons

No progression, absent management, not an ideal long-term commitment. You wont get a dispatcher license by working here, or much relevant experience to airline side dispatch work.

Pros

1. Slack workplace environment, anytime can go drink kopi. 2. Decent starting salary.

Cons

1. Other then 13th month, no other bonuses/ profit sharing/ increment. 2. Toilets are disgusting, pee constantly on the floor, always smells bad. 3. Management not attentive to staff. 4. Bad work life balance, due to the shift work requirements, no time to meet friends, especially when you are working on weekends. 5. Always lacking manpower, constantly pressured to OT even when you have plans on that day. 6. No career progression, people working here 10-20 years still doing the same thing.
