      Some great collages Company attempts to encourage a sense of belonging Lots of diversity

      Cons

      Poor to no onboarding. Its long and tedious and unpersonal and leaves you wondering if they really plan to train you. Management and recent partners to the firm are toxic who believe in fear based management. Recent mandated 4 days in office and removing hybrid from employees Impossible workloads Massive burn out The list goes on and on

      Some of the staff are great

      Cons

      Low pay and getting a raise is near impossible. Have to work in office 4 days or you will 100% not get even a 3% increase. Chargeable hours has become the main focus. Took away 6 vital days only can be earned if you meet your chargeable hours goal for the year. Pay rates are extremely low in rural areas
