Pros

I honestly can’t think of any pro for working for this company

Cons

Lack of ability and skill amongst management. No flexibility or care for employee’s health and well-being. When things need to be done, management will take so long even though it is a simple task. They promote people who aren’t qualified for the role and then when mishaps happen, get lower graded employees to do their work. No structure or processes in place to ensure mishaps don’t happen in the first place. Discrimination and favouritism is rife in this company so if you’re not bestest of friends with the higher ups, forget about any progression or opportunities or equality

Pros

Good for developing thick skin and if you want a stomach ulcer

Cons

Very toxic working environment, management takes pleasure in bullying employees and exposing them in a disrespectful way, which they cannot do anything about since there is no HR Department or anyone to go to. Favouritism is omnipresent and only the CEO's favourites get frequent pay rises. Strategy changes everyday and hard work is disregarded in accordance with the CEO's moods. The team is very disorganised and the company exploits employees with precarious 0 hour contracts. Pay is never distributed on the same day and when the CEO is asked when we would get paid he would simply order employees to wait. Working on weekends and public holidays is obligatory and frequent. Working in customer service means getting constantly shouted at by customers.

Pros

I made a few friends, who could also relate to how horrible it was to work there

Cons

Badly organised Weekend and bank holiday work and unsociable shift work It would appear favouritism is rife, with friends of management being given promotions and nicer shifts. From my experience cheap grads and yes men were used to run things while those at the top profited. Often got abuse from customers over the phone when tests went missing etc.
