People are not good. People who are the core members(including the founder Satish) and are there from beginning, try to dictate their terms. Their Finance team is even pathetic. You will not get payslip also even after running behind them multiple times. But expectation from you as a developer will be very high. You should complete things ultra fast.

All pros and explanations are given by the HR team being asked by the higher management - this level of micro management is there 2- ground reality - no employee is there for more than 6 months 3 - 5 rupee biscuits u get that too ugly one on the name of Snacks 4 - no coffee machine 5- no good appraisals 6- worst place for experienced people especially for Tech guys. 7- Don't ever fall for the PROS that's all fake 8- CTO - give lame reasons for your every request 9 - Mostly run by founders for a long time that are left only - running a family business.
