Pros
Overall, a super friendly and relaxed working environment, but could easily get overwhelmed when hundreds of clients apply for immigration. Management tends to listen and allows stuff to make own decisions. Lots of trust is put on the team members and the team in general. No micromanagement
Cons
Bit stressful when there're urgent weekend submissions and immigration program deadlines
