      CEO Prevents Effective Growth

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Always willing to spend time training or encouraging. Internal leadership is strong, but the company is small and they are overshadowed by the CEO.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Opportunities for advancement are limited, and pay does not increase proportional to responsibilities. CEO does not understand what the employees do, and will attempt to micromanage every employee.

      Pros

      When you have a day off.

      Cons

      The company is poorly run. It’s basically just a reseller of another company’s product. Very expensive and high pressure to get the sale no matter what. Many good people have left or been terminated. Very high turnover in a toxic environment. This is a real evaluation of the company to hopefully help others.

      Thanks for leaving a 3rd negative review. We hope you move on a find a great opportunity elsewhere. For others: the Laserfiche model is to use valued-added resellers to customize the software and support companies at a very high level. This is not unique. Laserfiche is priced very reasonably in the marketplace for what it does. We are definitely not perfect, but far from how you describe. Please move on.

      You might have intended this review for another company? We are based in Texas and all employees are in the DFW area. We haven't had a sales rep in Buenos Aires. While DocuNav Solutions is not perfect, we try to equip every sales rep with everything they need to be success. Those who have not been successful have struggled with following processes. We strive to learn and improve on a daily basis and look for that trait in employees as well. 2020 was our best year yet and 2021 is tracking even better.
