Overworked, Understaffed, and Done!
Pros
The location was convenient enough, I guess. Some of the guys I worked with actually knew what they were doing.
Cons
Look, I came in wanting to do good work, but the staffing levels here are just not sustainable. We're constantly pulling double duty because there aren't enough people to cover the routes, which honestly gets old fast. Calls are backing up, customers are getting frustrated, and the whole thing just falls on whoever shows up that day. Management doesn't seem to understand that you can't just run the same operation with half the crew and expect the same results. I spent more time dealing with frustrated customers and logistics than actually doing the job I was hired for, and after a while, you just get tired of carrying the load.
