They hire talented, creative, and respectful people who are consummate professionals and also know to enjoy their work. The company understands the importance of work-life balance, diversity among employees, and creating fun and entertaining works that resonate with players.

Cons

Located in SF, it is understandably pricier than many parts of the state and country. The company compensates well but it is still a challenging area in which to plant roots due to the high financial costs of living there.
