      Cool Product, Dishonest Management

      Pros

      Double Robot is a very cool product, with great potential to continue to grow in the telepresence marketplace. They have a beautiful office right on the water in Burlingame, CA. Free lunches and a break room filled with snacks to keep you fueled throughout the day.

      Cons

      Very high level of micromanagement and complete focus on the numbers. No repercussions for dishonest, harassing behavior which lead to a very low team moral and awkward meetings. Executive management is approachable but did not take action when issues were brought up.

      Pros

      Double Robotics is poised for success. The company is still pre-Series A yet has been profitable for over two years. The product is simply incredible - if you want to work on a product that truly changes people's lives, this is the place for you. The people at Double are intelligent, quirky, and kind. Because we're a fairly small company, you also have the opportunity to wear many hats. Management is very close to the team and encourage everyone's voice to be heard. You can easily set a time to speak with our CEO at any time. All around, Double Robotics is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Not enough employee engagement or team bonding activities. I know some people don't know everyone's names. Would love to see company culture get beefed up in that way.
