Horrible company to work for

Pros

Free employee meal Free dry cleaning on uniforms

Cons

Very high turnover rate with staff and management. If you do decide to work here, remember to document everything that is said to you to cover yourself. Minorities are singled out and scrutinized. Very buddy buddy system for new employees. I can say so much about this company but beware and take at your own risk.

Pros

There are no pros unless you like to work long hours with little appreciation!

Cons

company as a whole does not focus on middle management or address any concerns. more interested in looking after hourly employees which may explain the high turner in management. extreme pressure with very little work-life balance.

Middle management is key to our success and we are aware that this hasn't always been our main focus. This is changing and we are implementing new methods of recognition as well as launching new training programmes in 2019. Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. We would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement. Pros

Beautiful hotels. Independent company providing opportunity to see how different sectors of the business come together.

Cons

Could benefit from more organization. Doesn't welcome new ideas very well. Managers' behavior can go unchecked...leading to turnover.

We are pleased that you have benefited from this! We think there is always room for improvement, particularly with organisation and would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement. I am sorry to hear you feel we haven't welcomed new ideas very well, but please try us again, we are striving to improve in this area. Thank you also for your advice. You may be interested to know we are now delivering a new training session which incorporates 'unconscious bias', as it is certainly something that affects a lot of people, typically without them realising it.
