Cons
The HR and Safety Dept (management and employees) gossip and spread rumors about employees. You can hear them talking about why so and so got fired, make fun of the way they dress, their age, and who they slept with. This behavior would never fly in the lower 48. Overworked and underpaid. Not a classy work environment.
