My experience at drake was a tug of war of emotions and if wasn’t one thing it was another. The company’s priorities is not the job itself it was more focus on drama and having to somewhat play politics. You would like to come in do your job but it’s very difficult when you have a manager escalating drama between coworkers instead solving issues. Also my manager at the time promised a raise when I enter a new position and she lied and continued to act like if it never happened I never received it and then she proceeded to always find issues with me because of personal feelings towards me. All I wanted was to get paid what I was promised and to work but being there everyday will drain you and you kind of feel as if it’s not worth it especially with the pay you receive you feel unappreciated and overworked.
