      Bad system, stubborn management

      Flexible work hours Good colleagues Pantry food Free lunch on Friday

      Cons

      Management is stubborn, do not understand the needs of what is being delivered. Bad welfare for staff even prior to the current covid 19 period. Management does not know what is going on to the company. Operation managers is not IT trained. Billing software is real bad.
