Friendly teammates, free food, and a nice office

Cons

You have almost no say in anything, you’re basically just there to do whatever the client wants. There’s a lot of micromanaging, and there’s really no room to grow because you’re only expected to follow orders. The managers don’t seem to know what they’re doing, they never give you clear goals, but they always nag you anyway. As a contractor, you have zero real input in the project. You’ll only get assigned to meaningless, zero-impact projects.

The money, and the food.

Cons

Company regularly did attend to prescient issues when coming to management and storage solutions, as well as providing no space for personal improvement plans. When taking a hands off approach, company leaves you to the whims of the client and has no issue throwing you under the bus to satisfy a cookie cutter quota.
