Pros

When you're surrounded by incompetence, it's pretty easy to stand out. A few departments are well run, and some bosses are fair and approachable. If you're one of these lucky few, you can grow at Drive... but probably not.

Cons

Terrible pay, horrible culture, sexual harassment, zero transparence, and constant lies - to name a few. Couldn't pay me enough to stay there (but they would never try, since bonuses were taken away and raises were capped even though they're paying people well under market value). "Boys club" is an understatement. Sexual harassment is EVERYWHERE and at every level, but they do nothing about it besides covering it up (even when it's been reported AND verified). They have repeatedly made it clear where their priorities lie, and it certainly isn't with their employees.

Pros

Not a single pro at this point. Ok maybe the snacks

Cons

The 5 star reviews are questionable and not based on my reality. Not sure where they work but they are not in Port Washington. I have been here from the beginning when we occupied a much smaller space. I worked alongside the founders until late at night many nights. We made mistakes along the way. I have seen supply chain leaders come and go. I have seen systems crash, ATP dates wrong, orders delayed and split from 3 different warehouses, containers flood the warehouses and no workers to empty them, all kinds of audits and more. I say all that because none of that compares to the environment today. It’s a catastrophe at every level. We have no leadership at the top of our Supply Chain or other key areas for that matter. Product can’t ship and when it does it’s late, damaged or the wrong item. Our leadership team has ticked off our Chinese vendors with unrealistic demands and zero knowledge of how they do business. And they don’t care to know either. So now when they aren’t kicking doors or throwing tantrums around the office they just make it up to make their boss happy. But don’t be tricked, the sales reps know it’s not working and so do our customers who scream everyday looking for their orders. Every day we fall further behind and we get no answers from anyone. Finance is no better. The CFO got involved in the supply chain and actually made it worse. But don’t worry she will blame others for it anyway. Our CEO is unapproachable. He doesn’t speak to anyone. If he speaks it is probably by accident and when he has spoken to me he calls me by the wrong name. The best part is i am part of his management team. Great job at staying connected to your people. We have GE folks and friends of the CEO everywhere. I guess this is where our bonuses went. Some still got them but you had to be someone they want to keep. No investing in the business, no training if any kind, no raises, useless roundtables, no communication about the company’s status, really expensive benefits and basic coverage. My costs have gone up by big numbers every year. Everyone watches as they have more closed door meetings. No one tells you anything. The morale is the worst ever and getting worse daily. No one is happy here and when you ask someone how they are doing they say “surviving”. People are leaving every week and I’m talking people who have been here a long time. How’s that for a culture?

Warehouse Sexual Harassment

Pros

I didn't like working at this place and neither should you. The management surely doesn't have your back at all. I'd give this place less than 1 star if that was possible.

Cons

There have been a couple instances where sexual harassment has been reported and nothing has been done about it. People get fired for reporting these things because the management look out for their own people. Human Resources doesn't protect employees, they protect the company. Some of the warehouse management dictate, not manage.
