Center managers are glorified sales people, without any of the sales perks. Corporate management will provide you with sales goals, without any sale incentives (no bonuses). You have no real control over the hiring of individuals in your center (be it drivers or assistants), your budget, marketing, handing out promotions, etc, all of this is handled at a corporate level.
You are honestly going to make more money as a manager at a fast food place than here, and even work less hours. Expect to spend most of your time behind the phone selling packages for DriveSafe & Baron Education. Upper management is full of nepotism, they will promote their own family and friends, don't be surprised if they hire a buddy or family member and then just place them as your employee without any input.
