Pros
Everyone gets to do good work and the culture is goal driven. So as long as the work is delivered there is full flexibility. It's a bootstrapped company so the team does what they believe is best for the company.
Cons
Very aggressive/competitive company. So it's a relentless machine. Tiring at times. The company is very secretive about technology/strategy/data to outside. That can make some things difficult.

They have good teams and products. Career growth may be good
Cons
Leadership does not have clear vision. They do not listen to others advise. The leaders berate other leaders in presence of other members. No autonomy for managers. We needed approval to do anything from top management. Impulsive nature of CEO.
