Pros

60 days working abroad, flexible working hours

Cons

Work-life balance was non-existent; 'flexible hours' essentially meant being on call 24/7, including 1 AM. The business is run by a single administrator who micromanages every department: from sales to HR despite making consistently poor strategic decisions. Management prioritises personal whims over merit, often replacing hardworking staff with inexperienced hires in key positions. Staff turnover is abrupt and unpredictable, with employees frequently disappearing overnight without explanation. Any five-star reviews you see here are disingenuous, as management pressures employees to write them.
