The people, the bonds you build with your coworkers is the best. They genuinely want the company to succeed but they get no support from upper management. The only good thing about the place is the people
Cons
Where to begin? Broken promises. CRAZY AMOUNT OF TURNOVER. Idk if its the owners fault but HORRIBLE PAY!! They expect you to take care of the company but the company will not take care of you. Must be in the "IT" group to get promoted to higher positions. Always asked to do more than you signed up for. Nobody is held accountable except for the factory works if that. A couple people in management that have absolutely no reason being managers & they know that. Certifications & experience dont mean nothing to them unless you're an engineer where they will start you at a decent salary. This place does not prioritize safety at all.
