Pros

Work in a global company. Have collaboration with amazing brands. Work in amazing project alongside Diane. Amazing team environment (ALL the amazing people that made this place great are no longer there)

Cons

I felt compelled to write this review, as several of my ex-coworkers mentioned HR's insane's review. When people leave/get fired other absorb their responsibilities with no promotion or compensation increase. The new CEO, yes she is as awful as others have made her sound, but that is just one factor of many that makes the company have poor performance. HR couldn't care less when people put in their two weeks notice, not even ask why or try to keep you. There is constant complaint about saving money but then they throw equipment and other materials out instead of donating or recycling.

Pros

- great benefits - flexible hours but that is only because you can be overworked in most cases - interaction with Diane

Cons

- its amazing to see the reviews from November 19th and 23rd attempt to offset the clear realities of what is happening at DVF - i have to say, the lack of direction has been a thing at DVF before the new CEO but she is making it worst. - i dont believe she fully understood how the company was running before she started and now is implementing all of these changes that just wont work at DVF - because of these changes that she finds to be such great ideas, it is causing the company to lose great talent (she doesn't recognize any employee she didnt hired unless she absolutely has to) - I question her capabilities as CEO considering she likes to be involved in almost everything and does not let departments operate on their own without being micro managed and then on top of that has new ideas or changes her mind constantly which cause a great deal of confusion and a waste of time > example: there is an entire social media team, yet she runs the DVF instagram - the CEO's professional behaviors are extremely questionable as well, she likes to ask other employees what they think of their coworkers which causes tension between employees and examples a "highschool gossip girl" attitude - the turnover rate at DVF is like no other, i understand the restructure of the organization but they are constantly letting individuals go for no apparent reason except for what can only be assumed as, SAVING MONEY. it makes employees feel really unsafe whether they perform well in their role or not - because of the high turnover, it leaves current employees to take on more responsibility without even a thought of a raise or a title change, your almost are expected to do so. this also causes extremely long work hours - the work/life balance is non existent - the CEO has a motto of "one team, one dream" but all of the examples above clearly are in contradiction of that message
